Day One

The first day of my internship... I made it safely to and from the agency. I got a little lost, but I figured it out despite all the cats and dogs falling from the sky. Awesome!

Feelings: Too many... must figure out the best way to let it out... must find the right words.... nice words...

Thoughts: Trying to pick the perfect blog title and url is too stressful!! Should I pick a motivational quote? Make a pun with the name of the street that this agency is located? Should I briefly describe my first year as a social worker in training before I dive into this second field practice? Who's going to want to read about that??? Should this blog be a MSW blog or just a HK blog? Why am I lying to myself? I won't keep up with this blog in the fall while I intern at Texas Children's Hospital... HAH!

Head hurt.

Yeah... I am going to try to attack this tomorrow...

Here are some pictures of fun things I have done in Hong Kong so far... Yaaaay...

I finally arrived at my home for the summer in the scorching heat... It was more difficult than it should have been to get my room... But the final hall that I am assigned to has super sweet security that are nice to me. YAY!

I was trying to find a Hello Kitty Cafe that doesn't even exist in this area anymore... But I found a Beard Papa's and Gong Cha! Double yay!

Super cute themed things are AMAZING!!! I need to go back to a Sasa to get myself Sailor Moon make-up!! Who needs a Sailor Moon Disguise Pen lipstick?? ME!! And there are three Sailor Moon brooches that are powders??? I don't care if it's not the right shade!! And I really think the Gudetama McD's is hilarious with the chairs... Hehe... I tried a rice burger here, and it was pretty good... But I don't know if I'd order it again. It had a sweet after taste... The people in Hong Kong have an interesting palatte...

One last picture! Shasta is exploring Hong Kong as well! YAY!!
