The pasta here in Hong Kong is interesting. I thought it was just the canteen near my dormitory that makes super sweet marinara sauce... but today I tried Cafe Friday. They make it even sweeter! It's kind of ketchup-y. I think they think they're supposed to use ketchup. There was a girl who lives on my floor making spaghetti, and she was just a huge amount of ketchup in her sauce. I thought she was just being a poor college student and making the most of her ingredients... But now... I'm not sure. My drink was super yummy! Rose chocolate. It was like floral chocolate milk! I would definitely go to this place again, but I would try a different pasta... maybe a cream based one...
